Many Behnke & Associates clients have received notification from your homeowner insurance carrier that your Magnolia Insurance policy will not be renewed. This action was necessary due to requirements by the Office of Insurance Regulation to maintain adequate reserves to cover claims in the event of a storm. As a valued client, Behnke and Associates is prepared to place your insurance coverage with one of our other fine carriers. Call (954) 962-8014 immediately for further information.
- 90 days prior to renewal you and your mortgage company (if applicable) will receive the official notification of non renewal from Magnolia.
- Shortly thereafter, Behnke and Associates will be calling you and may be asking you to complete a “Homeowner Renewal Questionnaire”. This will assure us that we have the most accurate information so that we may properly place your insurance coverage in the most competitive market available.
- 30 days prior to your renewal date, we will contact you with a renewal offer for your homeowner coverage. If agreed, we will then make payment arrangements with you or your mortgage company, whichever applies.
If your homeowner coverage is not secured with our agency 15 days prior to renewal we will make another attempt to contact you to secure this valuable coverage. Time is of the essence, as there are firm industry wide binding restrictions during Hurricane Season that may not allow us to bind coverage if you wait until the last minute.
Please keep in mind, your current insurance policy will stay in force until the renewal date unless otherwise notified by your insurance carrier.
We value our relationship with you and want to do everything in our power to make this transition as smooth as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (954) 962-8014 and we will be happy to help.
